"I had an excellent experience working with Travis for my non-owner car insurance. I was having a hard time figuring everything out online, and he reached out almost immediately after I sent my inquiry. He made the whole process incredibly easy and stress-free. His communication was clear, fast, and professional. I was worried because I had a DMV appointment scheduled just a few days later and wasn’t sure I’d get my insurance in time, but Travis handled everything quickly so I was fully covered when I needed to be. I also really appreciated how flexible he was — since I didn’t have a car at the time, we were able to take care of everything over the phone, which made things much easier for me. After my DMV appointment, he even called me back to add my driver’s license number to the policy and to congratulate me. That personal follow-up meant a lot. On top of that, I received a handwritten thank-you card, which is rare these days and really stood out. As someone coming from another country, navigating insurance can feel overwhelming, but Travis made the entire process straightforward and welcoming. Highly recommend working with him!"
